Lionel Richie: Love Will Conquer All

Cover of "Dancing on Ceiling"

I'm a huge fan of Lionel Richie and yes, I happen to have his book from Hal Leonard in my music library. Lionel Richie Anthology (Piano/Vocal/Guitar Artist Songbook)

There's many arrangements that I love, so it's difficult to choose a favorite. Maybe someday we'll do a marathon post of his top hits. Are you familiar with the song, Love Will Conquer All?

"Love Will Conquer All" is a track from Lionel Richie's 1986 album "Dancing on the Ceiling". The song was written by Richie along with Greg Phillinganes and Cynthia Weil.

Oh, and awhile back I listed the chords to another cool song of Lionel's that I like, Jesus Is Love

Here's the chord chart I found online and then I'll do a chord breakdown for you. I believe the song is played in the Key of F.
