Charlie Hall, the musician, is a Christian worship leader and songwriter from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 
He is a member of a group of musicians and speakers that collectively form the Passion movement.

It's such a soothing song. I remember playing it once with a young worship leader who had a good
voice. As a keyboard player, I think he wanted me to play with the team using a pad sound.
You know, one of those ethereal voices for background sounds, where you're not in a hurry in between chords.
